Any refunds or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Simply Lush and Co may refund, exchange or replace items that are faulty or damaged. Please refer to the those sections on this page. No refunds are available due to change of mind. This includes ordering an incorrect colour, style or pattern.
We inspect all items prior to being packed and posted, ensuring they are free from defects. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a product has been used, Simply Lush and Co has no way to verify the legitimacy of faults or damage and therefore will be unable to refund the purchase.
If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, email us at email@example.com. Please describe the issue you have, as well as supplying an image of the faulty product.
Where possible, Simply Lush and Co will endeavour to test or inspect any returned faulty products prior to issuing any refund, replacement or exchange. Return postage costs will be covered if an item requires testing, however if a product is deemed not faulty, the item will be returned at the customers expense.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact Simply Lush and Co via email and include an image describing the damage. Simply Lush and Co will assess whether we will refund or exchange item based on circumstances of each case. Where a suitable replacement is not available for damaged items, a refund will be processed.
